The Life Mapping program is designed for leaders

and influencers in companies, families and communities.

 

This 10-session program is specifically designed to take people back into their personal history to understand the roots of strengths and patterns and how they impact current behaviors, belief systems and our interactions with others. It identifies and works to correct any negative patterns that may be holding the person back from optimizing their potential.

Meg Flynn

Meg is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.  She holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a postgraduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of St. Thomas; a B.A. in Psychology from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota; and a postgraduate certificate in Early Childhood and Family Education from St. Cloud State University. She has completed specialized training in infant/toddler development and in holistic energy medicine.

*The program consists of 10 one hour sessions and the price is $4500. Facilitated by Meg Flynn.

Stefanie Okeson, MA

Stefanie completed her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Adler Graduate School in Richfield, Minnesota. She began her professional work as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the St. Cloud School District. She holds a Bachelors degree in Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University.

 

Stefanie is compassionate, creative and holistic, and is available to work with clients of all ages, from children to adults, as well as with couples and families. Stefanie has a particular passion for working with children and teenagers, and believes in the importance of valuing each child as an individual with unique strengths, needs, interests and skills. She works with clients on issues of: anxiety, depression, body image, bullying, self-esteem, school or college transitions, relationships and parenting.

Brittany Reinke, MS, LMFT

Brittany is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and earned her Master’s degree from St. Cloud State University in 2015. Brittany works with a wide variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, body image, gender issues, grief and family/life transitions. Brittany has a strong interest in working with adult women and couples using a nonjudgmental, compassionate and systemic approach to help each individual find hope, strength and healing within themselves and their relationships. Brittany also enjoys working with individuals that have experienced traumatic or distressing events in their lives and uses a trauma-informed approach in treating clients. Brittany is also trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR, which is a therapeutic tool used to treat trauma and other distressing events (learn more here). Brittany also considers herself a proud ally for LGBTQIA+ community and enjoys learning about their personal experiences and how they have been impacted.
